Role Synopsis: Offshore Operations in AGT Region are seeking for Production Supervisors. This is an offshore based role for First Level Leader who will be managing multinational production technician team on the ACG offshore platforms. Successful candidate would report to OTL. Primary deliverables will include the daily business delivery aspects of production operations and also competency development of staff. The vacancy is for national candidates to apply. Position is open for Azerbaijani citizens.
Key accountabilities: The Production Supervisor role will be demanding and challenging and therefore requires an individual who has well developed interpersonal skills, is self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, have the skill set that will enable and drive team development and who is capable of working within a team to deliver continuous improvements on the platform. An in depth knowledge of Safety Observation and Conversation, BOSS, Isolation standards, Permit to Work principles are essential. Working knowledge of OMS and ISO14001 are required as they are key processes in the Production Supervisor role. The responsibilities of the post holder will be: Provide HSE leadership to the Team. Involvement in the formation and then the implementation of the team succession plan. Assist in the building and then implementing processes that will ensure Continuous Improvement Liaising with the Onshore support team to ensure platform performance contract is achieved. Be familiar with new build Certification and System Handover processes, ie GOC, whilst maintaining correct system Integrity Management standards. Take a major role in setting up systems, examples would be operating manuals and procedures. Provide input into HAZIDs and HAZOPs. Working with professional organizations (CTCC) to assess training needs and deliver training programs for all staff. On site supervision and coaching of the production team. Participation in the selection of national and expatriate (staff and Agency) technicians for the Team. Build effective networks across the sites Offshore and Onshore to ensure consistent and cooperative approach for exports. Responding to plant upsets and emergency situations in a calm and controlled manner and be able to use and update procedures based on your experiences. Communicate effectively with the expat staff, able to recognise the potential for cultural and behavioural differences.
Essential Education:Engineering degree
Essential experience and job requirements: Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO) Strong Knowledge of Production Efficiency Tools(Optima) Minimum 5 years of experience in production discipline Minimum 2 years of experience with ISSOW like Isolating Authority Azerbaijani citizenship is required

Desirable criteria & qualifications: Ability to manage overall production priorities by complying with OMS, reducing maximo backlog and optimization of resources and workload. Proven coaching skills with a track record of coaching and developing technicians. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Understanding of Operations Value Process. Experience working with different cultures Willingness to challenge the norm, and promote new ideas and solutions in the Caspian operating region. Open and flexible attitude with a commitment to teamwork The ability to work across traditional discipline and cultural boundaries. Fluent in English Leadership experience Ability to identify Plant Integrity issues and lead CI Teams to resolution. Ability to approve and sign off completed work orders.
